How much is shipping?

  • Standard  Delivery $15 per purchase
  • Free Standard Delivery for orders over $95
  • Express Delivery $25 per purchase

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your purchase 🤍 If something isn’t quite right, please email us at contact@thelittlepioneers.com.au within 30 days of receiving your order, including your order number and a brief description.

Change of mind returns are accepted if items are unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition. Return shipping is at your cost, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been used for meals.

Please note:

  • Only unused items from bundles can be refunded
  • Free gifts must be returned or their value will be deducted
  • Seconds stock and used feeding items are not eligible for return

If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us with photos and we’ll organise a replacement or refund.
