Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds for change of mind. However, if your item is unused, unopened and in its original packaging, you may request an exchange or store credit within 14 days of receiving your order.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

Incorrect Items Received

If you receive the wrong item, please let us know within 7 days. We will correct this at no cost to you.

Returns Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or replacement:

  • Item must be unused and in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase must be provided
  • The request must be lodged within the stated timeframes

We do not accept returns on:

  • Items without original packaging
  • Sale items or promotional offers

Shipping Costs
