 If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it with photos and a description of the issue. We’ll work quickly to offer a replacement, refund, or repair.
We do not offer change-of-mind returns, as each product is quality checked and packed with care. Please ensure you read all product descriptions, dimensions, and safety notes before purchasing.

What’s your warranty policy?

We offer a 2-year manufacturing warranty on all Little Pioneers products. This covers any manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.Please note, the warranty does not cover:
