Australia

  • Standard delivery: $15 per order
  • FREE standard delivery on orders over $95
  • Express delivery: $25 per order
  • FREE express delivery on orders over $150

New Zealand

  • Tracked shipping: $30 AUD per order
  • FREE tracked shipping on orders over $200 AUD

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your products!
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it with photos and a description of the issue. We’ll work quickly to offer a replacement or refund.


We do not offer change-of-mind returns.

What’s your warranty policy?

We offer a 2-year manufacturing warranty on all Little Pioneers products. This covers any manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.Please note, the warranty does not cover:

  • Improper cleaning or storage
