We do offer local pick-up for our local customers.
When your order is ready, we’ll email you with the pick-up location and contact details so you can arrange a convenient time to collect your order.
Where do you ship?
Australia-wide. International shipping coming soon!
How much is shipping?
- Standard Delivery $15.00 per purchase
- Free Standard Delivery for orders over $95
- Express Delivery $25.00 per purchase
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your products!
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it with photos and a description of the issue. We’ll work quickly to offer a replacement or refund.
We do not offer change-of-mind returns.

What’s your warranty policy?
We offer a 2-year manufacturing warranty on all Little Pioneers products. This covers any manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.Please note, the warranty does not cover:

- Modifications or use not intended by the instructions
- Improper cleaning or storage
