Cancellation Policy

One-Time Purchases

Orders placed as standard one-time purchases cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or shipped.
If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@thelittlepioneers.com.au and we will do our best to assist before the order is dispatched.

Pre-Orders

Pre-order purchases secure your item before it is available.
You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing a pre-order. After this time, cancellations are not guaranteed as your order may already be allocated or in production.
Refunds for pre-orders follow our standard Refund Policy and Australian Consumer Law.
