Shipping & Returns

🚚 Shipping Information

We ship Australia-wide with trusted carriers.

We will attempt to dispatch your goods via Australia Post within 1-2 working days.

Standard  Delivery:
In normal circumstances please expect delivery within 5-10 Business Days (excluding weekends). For delivery to more remote areas and to WA please allow up to 5 extra days for delivery
Express Delivery:
If you live in a capital city delivery is normally next business day (once packed and sent). Usual Express Delivery times are 3-6 Business Days. Delivery to Western Australia can take up to 5 extra Business Days from New South Wales.  Delivery may take longer if you live in a rural area. Please see Australia Post website for estimated delivery times

How does Shipping Protection work?

We pack your order with love and care, but once it leaves us, it’s in the hands of the courier — and sometimes things don’t go to plan.

To give you peace of mind, we offer Shipping Protection at checkout. It’s a quick and easy way to ensure your order is covered if it’s lost or damaged in transit. This isn’t insurance — just a simple, stress-free way to get support fast.

If your parcel arrives damaged, send us a few clear photos of the packaging and items with your order number, and we’ll fast-track a replacement or offer store credit via our email contact@thelittlepioneers.com.au

If your parcel goes missing during transit, we’ll assess the situation promptly and provide a resolution — no need to wait weeks for courier investigations.

Without Shipping Protection, we’ll still do our best to help, but we’ll need to follow standard courier processes, which can take time.

🔄 Returns & Refunds

At The Little Pioneers, we’re committed to creating high-quality, practical products that make everyday family life easier — and we want you to absolutely love your purchase.

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please email us at contact@thelittlepioneers.com.au within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

  • Your full name
  • The email used to place the order
  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue

Change of Mind

We accept returns for change of mind within 30 days of delivery, provided items are:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In original packaging
  • Not washed or used for meals
  • Free from marks, damage, or strong odours

Once your return is received and approved, we will issue a refund for the product value, excluding original shipping costs.

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • We recommend using tracked shipping, as we are not responsible for lost returns

Hygiene & Safety Considerations

Due to the nature of our products (feeding and toddler items), we cannot accept returns on items that have been used for meals or show signs of extended use.

You are welcome to inspect items upon arrival, but once used, they are not eligible for return unless faulty.

Partial Returns (Bundles)

If you purchased a bundle or multi-item set:

  • Only unused items will be eligible for refund
  • If some items have been used, we will refund only the unused portion

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used feeding products (plates, bowls, cups, lunch/snack boxes, bibs, cutlery)
  • Gift cards
  • Seconds stock (items sold at a reduced price due to minor cosmetic imperfections but are fully functional)
  • Free gifts or bonus items (unless returned with the full order — see below)

Free Gifts & Promotional Offers

If your order included a free gift or bonus item (e.g. “Spend $80, receive a free gift”):

  • The free item must also be returned in unused condition
  • If not returned, the value of the item will be deducted from your refund

Faulty or Damaged Items

We take quality seriously — but if something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.

If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please email us at contact@thelittlepioneers.com.au with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the fault

We will offer a replacement or full refund (including shipping costs) where applicable.

Incorrect Items

If you received the wrong item, please contact us and we will organise the correct product to be sent to you as soon as possible.
