Care Instructions

Our Sip Cup is designed to be easy to clean and made for everyday use.

The stainless steel inner cup can be removed from the silicone outer sleeve for a deeper clean when needed.

To remove the stainless steel inner:

  1. Hold the silicone outer sleeve firmly.
  2. Gently place a spoon or your fingers between the stainless steel lip and the silicone sleeve.
  3. Slowly loosen one side to release the seal.

Once loosened, gently lift the stainless steel cup out of the silicone sleeve.

The fit is intentionally snug to help keep the cup secure during everyday use, so it may feel firm to remove at first.

Wash with warm soapy water or place in the dishwasher. Allow all pieces to dry completely before reassembling.

For best care, avoid using sharp objects, harsh scourers or abrasive cleaners, as these may damage the silicone or stainless steel finish.

Please note: the stainless steel inner does not need to be removed after every use, but we recommend removing it occasionally for a thorough clean.
